Cross Country: Appeared in three meets … Scored for the Tribe at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/15/24), finishing fifth on the team and 125th overall in 32:51.9 … The time marked a career best in the 10,000m … Claimed 25th place at the CAA Championships (11/1/24) in 25:55.7 … Posted a time of 25:36.1 to place 88th at the Pirate Cross Country Invitational (10/4/24).
Indoor Track & Field: Set a personal best of 4:20.57 in the mile at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25) … Finished second in the 3,000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) in 8:25.26 … Placed 14th in the 3,000m at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25).
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed second in the 2,000m steeplechase at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 6:01.72, the seventh-fastest time in program history … Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in a career-best time of 9:08.98, the 31st-best mark in the Southeast Region … Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25) … Placed fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25).

2023-24 Season
A W&M Provost Award winner … Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with High Honors during the fall.
Cross Country: Competed in four events during the fall … Finished 39th (26:14.1) at the CAA Championships (10/27/23) … Opened season at the Tribe’s No. 2 runner at the Spider Alumni Open (9/2/23), placing 19th in the time of 18:34.7 … Was W&M’s second finisher at the Paul Short Run (9/30/23), coming in 77th at 24:55.2 … Competed in the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/10/23), placing 194th (33.50.9).
Indoor Track & Field: Placed 11th in the 3000m (8:29.00) at the CAA Championships (2/22-23/24) … Placed fourth in the 3000m (8:32.68) at the Navy Select (2/16/24).
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran a leg on the winning 4x1500m relay at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6/24) … Ran a season-best 4:03.00 in the 1500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/22/24) … Ran the 5000m at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19/24) and the Raleigh Relays (3/28-30/24) … Competed in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships (5/10-11/24).

At BYU (2019-22)
In 2021, placed 24th at Florida State Invite and 55th at the Griak Invitational in cross country … Finished first in the 10,000m and 3000s at the BYU Cougar Invitational in May of 2021 … Placed third indoors in the 3000m at the 2021 Husky Classic … In cross country, placed 16th at the Oklahoma State Invitational and 19th at the Weber State Invitational in 2020.
