Cross Country: Finished top-150 at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/11/21)… Notched a 31st-place showing at the CAA Championship (10/28/22) in 25:56.80… Improved 18 spots over his final 3k at the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/23) to finish in 100th place… Ran at the Paul Short Run (09/30/22)… Finished top-25 at the CNU Regional Preview (09/16/22).
Outdoor Track & Field: Ran in the 1,500m at the IC4A Championship (05/13/23)… Finished first in the 800m at the Dan Stimson Memorial (03/25/23).
