2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Cross Country: Earned All-CAA honors for the third time in her career … Appeared in four of six meets … Placed 14th at the CAA Championships with a time of 21:29.6 … Finished second on the team and third overall at the Pirate Cross Country Invitational (10/4/24), posting a time of 21:35.8 … Scored at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/19/24), placing 14th in 21:29.6 … Paced the Tribe at the Spider Alumni Open (8/31/24), finishing seventh in 13:56.1.
Indoor Track & Field: - Did not appear in any meets.
Outdoor Track & Field: Placed 15th in the 5,000m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21/25), crossing the line in 18:15.85.

2023-24 Season
A W&M Provost Award winner … Garnered USTFCCCA All-Academic honors … Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with High Honors during the fall.
Cross Country: Earned All-CAA Honors … First Tribe harrier to earn All-Region honors since 2016 … Capped the year by placing 19th in the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/10/23) in a time of 20:18.6 … W&M’s top finisher at the CAA Championships (10/27/23) as well, finishing eighth in a time of 21:27.7 … Named CAA Runner of the Week on Sept. 5 after placing fourth to open the season at the Spider Alumni Open (13:43.2) …Placed 33rd (21:09.9) to lead W&M at the Paul Short Run (9/30/23).
Indoor Track & Field: Won the 5000m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/18-20/24) in a time of 16:41.61 … The time was the 28th best in the Southeast Region and 15th best in school history.
Outdoor Track & Field: Did not compete.

2022-23 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Cross Country: Named CAA Rookie of the Year… Finished 44^th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/11/22) with a time of 21:51.1… Earned All-CAA honors by finishing ninth at the CAA Championship (10/28/22) in 21:51.90… Competing against a field of over a dozen regionally-ranked squads, she finished top-35 at the Virginia XC23 Invitational (10/15/22)… Led the Tribe at the Paul Short Run (9/30/22), finishing 92^nd in 20:48.0… Was third at the CNU Regional Preview (9/16/22)… Made her Tribe debut at the Charlotte Opener (9/2/22), finishing 13^th in 18:34.8… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.
Indoor Track & Field: Captured All-CAA honors as part of the Distance Medley Relay Team… Was part of Distance Medley Relay team that won silver at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/22/23) with a time of 11:42.72.
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished second in the 5,000m at the CAA Championships (5/6/23) with a time of 16:33.99… Crossed the finish line first in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays (3/31/23)… Her Relays time of 16:28.59 was a PR and moved her into 13^th on the Tribe’s all-time performers list… Opened the season at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/17/23) with a first-place showing in the 5,000m.

Prep
A three-time All-Ohio selection … Named the Federal League Cross Country Runner of the year in both 2018 and 2021 … Selected Academic All-Ohio on four occasions … Received the Sam Diblasi Award in 2022 … A member of the National Science Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society from 2019-22 … Served as the treasurer of the National Honor Society from 2019-22 … A member of Varsity J from 2019-21.
