Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in 8 meets, with appearances in the 800m (4), 1,500m (4) and 4x800 relay (1) … Recorded 2 top-5 finishes, highlighted by a runner-up 1,500m (3:52.33) and 4th-place 800m (1:52.62) at the 60th Colonial Relays on Apr. 4 … Ran a season-fastest 800m in 1:52.15 at the Duke Invitational on Apr. 11 … Placed 10th in the 4x800 relay Championship of America in 7:28.53 at the Penn Relays on Apr. 25, noted as the No. 7 performance in program history … Posted a season-fastest 1,500m time of 3:51.25 in the final at the 2026 CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship on May 16.

2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Cross Country: Ran unattached at the Christopher Newport Invitational (9/13/24), finishing 14th in 26:14.75.
Indoor Track & Field: Claimed second in the 800m at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25) in 1:53.63 … Was a member of the distance medley relay team that finished fourth at the Penn State National Open (1/31/25-2/1/25) in 10:02.19 … Set a personal best in the mile (4:07.50) at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25) … A member of the distance medley relay team that won the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) … Placed seventh in the mile at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) in 4:10.39.
Outdoor Track & Field: A member of the 4x800m relay team that finished second at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25) in 7:25.56, the third-fastest time in program history … Placed second in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) behind a time of 3:51.42 … Set a personal best of 3:50.78 in the 1,500m at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) … Set a personal best of 1:51.64 in the 800m at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25).
