Earned Second Team All-CAA honors after hitting a career-best .366 with 12 home runs and 47 RBI... Started all 56 games in the outfield... Racked up 87 hits, tied for ninth-most in single-season program history... Scored 51 runs while slugging .571... Added 15 walks and eight stolen bases... Posted a 23-game hitting streak from March 9-April 18, third-longest in modern program history... Had a 3-for-4 day with a career-high five RBI vs. Rhode Island (2/16)... Went 3-for-5 with two RBI against Boston College (2/28)... Posted a three-hit outing at East Carolina (3/15)... Went 4-for-5 with four RBI, including his first career home run, in a win over N.C. A&T (3/22)... Started a stretch of five home runs in six games (3/22-4/1)... Belted two homers and five RBI vs. Longwood (4/15)... Redshirt Junior (2024)
Saw action in 46 games and made 34 starts… Totaled 33 hits, 29 runs and 25 walks… Was fourth on the team with seven doubles… Recorded nine- and eight-game hitting streaks… Tied the a team-high four walks in a game… Opened the season with a multi-hit game, including a double against Holy Cross (2/16)… Doubled in three games back-to-back, scoring at least a run in each contest against UMass Lowell, Norfolk State and Sacred Heart (2/25-3/3)… Went 2-2 with a HBP and drove in a pair of runs at Old Dominion (3/5)… Compiled five hits, three runs scored and three walks, while striking out only once in the Tribe’s weekend sweep of Quinnipiac (3/15-17)… Reached base four times with two runs and two RBI against No. 9 East Carolina (4/16)… Named to CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll in the fall and spring semesters.
Redshirt Sophomore (2023)
Played in 56 games, making 54 starts… Led the team with 15 doubles and 45 walks… Was second on the team with a .466 on base percentage, third with 56 hits, 47 runs scored, and nine stolen bases… Was second in the CAA in walks, first in hit by pitch, and fourth in on base percentage… Added 24 runs batted in… Had 15 games with at least two hits… Was 3-3 with a double and scored two runs against Richmond (2/21)... Had four hits, scored six times, and knocked in five in a series against Marist (2/24-26)... Had two hits, a double, scored twice, and knocked in two against George Mason (3/21)... Had five hits, including three doubles, knocked in three, and scored four times in a series against Monmouth (3/24-26)... Was 2-3 in the Tribe’s win and scored against Campbell (3/28)... Had six hits and scored four times in a series at Stony Brook (4/7-9)... Had a pair of hits and scored three runs in a win over VCU (4/11)... Was 3-4 with a double, run scored, and RBI against Northeastern (5/14) and had two hits and scored twice against UNCW (5/18).
Redshirt Freshman (2022)
Saw action in 22 games and made five starts at designated hitter… Racked up seven hits and drove in six runs… Scored a pair of runs and collected eight free passes for a .405 on base percentage… Walked and scored his first collegiate run at Georgia Southern (3/12)... Knocked in his first RBI in a win over UNCW (3/27)... Collected his first multi-hit game and drove in three men against James Madison (4/24)... Came off the bench for a hit in a come from behind win over VCU (4/26)... Had a pinch hit RBI single against Delaware (5/15)... Started on 5/19 and 5/21 at Elon and had hits in both games.

High School
Played three years of varsity baseball at Matoaca High School… Was named 5A first team All-Region and second team All-State during the 2018 season… Was the Scholar-Athlete of the Year at Matoaca High School in 2020… Played travel ball with the Virginia Cardinals… Was named to the Perfect Game WWBA All-Tournament Team in 2017 and the WWBA Underclass All-Tournament Team in 2018… The #4 ranked outfielder in the 2020 class via Perfect Game… Member of the National Honor Society.

Born October 21, 2001, in Amberg, Germany, to parents Leon and Susanne Carmichael… Graduated in May 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in public policy.
