Appeared in 17 games out of the bullpen… Earned Second Team All-CAA honors after leading the team with a 3.52 ERA and 1.36 WHIP… Went 4-3 with one save… Recorded 44 strikeouts to 19 walks over 38.1 innings… Held opponents to a .234 batting average… Struck out five batters over two shutout innings in season debut vs. Binghamton (2/21)... Fanned a career-high six batters over 3.1 innings to earn the win against Lafayette (3/1)... Held Old Dominion scoreless over 1.2 frames with a pair of strikeouts (3/24)... Picked up two outs in a win over UNCW (3/29)... Tossed a scoreless innings vs. Campbell (4/3)... Had another scoreless appearance recording five outs vs. Campbell (4/4)... 2025 (Freshman)
Made 25 appearances, including five starts... Had a 1-0 record... Struck out 29 batters over 27.1 innings of work... Recorded two outs in a scoreless appearance vs. Richmond (2/17)... Allowed no runs in 2.2 innings of relief in a win over Marist (2/22)... Notched a scoreless outing vs. Penn State (3/2)... Pitched a scoreless sixth inning at UNCW (4/11)... Had five straight scoreless outings from May 2-9... Posted two strikeouts in a clean frame vs. Charleston (5/2)... Went 1.1 innings of shutout ball against Charleston (5/3)... Registered two punchouts in an inning of work vs. George Mason (5/7)... Delivered a scoreless frame in a win at Towson (5/17).

High School
Lettered for three years at Cosby High School... Two-time Second Team All-Region selection in 2023 and 2024, and honorable mention All-Region in 2022... In the classroom, earned a 4.32 GPA and was a DECA Member and Varsity Club Member.

Born on August 18, 2005 to parents Angela and James Weight... Has a brother, Andrew, who played baseball at James Madison from 2020-21, and three sisters, Rachel, Jenna, and Sophia... Plans to major in economics... Enjoys hunting, fishing, and working out.
