SENIOR YEAR/2020
Appeared in seven games and started five… All five starts were behind the plate… Made his W&M debut at ECU (2/15)... Went 2-4 with a run scored and 3 RBI in a win over Fairleigh Dickinson (2/22)... Walked and scored a run against West Virginia (2/29)... Was 1-4 with a run scored and an RBI in a win over George Mason (3/4)... Went 2-3 with a pair of runs scored and two RBI helping the Tribe sweep Merrimack (3/8)... Finished the season with six runs batted in, five runs scored, and two doubles… Was strong defensively not committing an error and allowing zero passed balls… Caught one man stealing and picked one man off. 
 
RS Junior (Longwood)/2019

Started 42 games for Longwood after sitting out 2018 due to injury… Hit for a .292 average and led the team with 23 RBI… hit nine doubles and one home run… Posted a .978 fielding percentage while throwing out 10 runners… Named to the Big South All-Academic Team. 
 
Sophomore (Longwood)/2017

Played in 38 games with 21 starts as a sophomore… Hit .215 with four doubles and posted a .402 on-base percentage… Posted a .978 fielding percentage and threw out four runners. 
 
Freshman (Longwood)/2016

Played in 56 games, starting 51 for the Lancers… Hit .233 with four doubles and 23 RBI… Threw out six runners with a .984 fielding percentage. 
 
High School

Four-year letter winner at Trumbull High School in Connecticut … Had a .385 batting average as a senior and was named all-state and all-conference as a senior … Hit .333 as a junior … Graduated in the top five percent of his class.

Son of Alberto and Mayra Garrido… Born June 23, 1997 in Caracas, Venezuela… Father played baseball at Florida.
