Camera and Lighting Equipment
- It is recommend to use cell phones to take photos. This provides the highest quality image with limited knowledge and the easiest ability to transfer photos to the group.
- The media relations and creative content departments will
NOT provide photographers for recruit photo shoots. Each photo shoot we set up during preseason costs $500-600 each. If you would like to try and arrange one with one of our independent contractor photographers, contact Laura Amato (
lmamat@wm.edu) or Kris Sears (
kasear@wm.edu) for more information.

- Please note that in-season events, most notably home events, will take priority for equipment over a recruit photo shoot.
- The media relations and creative content departments will
NOT loans our lights or other equipment for recruit photo shoots.
- Equipment, including cameras, can be rented on campus from the Reeder Media Center. For more information, visits the
