William & Mary Athletics

Camps and clinics are the sole responsibility of each respective coach and not William & Mary or Tribe Athletics events. As such, the following rules apply from a promotional stand point:
 

• Camps and clinics cannot include William & Mary or Tribe.
  • Camps and clinics can be the Coach X’s Basketball Camp at William & Mary, with bold and emphasis on the camp being the coach’s camp.
• William & Mary logos cannot be used to promote camps and clinics, outside of the primary W&M to indicate where the camp is held.
• Camps and clinics will not be posted as special releases on TribeAthletics.com.
• A link to a camp/clinic website can be placed on TribeAthletics.com under the more section of the sport page.
• Information can be posted on a program’s social media account.
  • Creative Content/Media Relations has template camp graphics that can be used but will not create exclusive camp graphics.
