At the College of William & Mary, we strive to create a positive training environment that will give each participant the very best opportunity to become better student-athletes. Individualized sport-specific training programs are designed to meet each student-athlete’s needs. The true success of any training program is in the implementation. Our training programs encompass all aspects of speed, agility, conditioning, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention with an emphasis on proper technique and safety.
