William & Mary Athletics

Coaches and teams/squads have the option of appointing or electing their two representatives. Each team/squad has one vote in matters before the Committee. Representatives serve a one-year term and are eligible to serve multiple terms. SAAC fosters development of leadership skills by the representatives and each member is expected to be actively involved in creating a positive impact in the Athletic Department, the College and the local community. 
 
All student-athletes and cheerleaders in good standing on their teams/squad are eligible for membership on SAAC. All interested persons are encouraged to be involved, but each should carefully consider his/her academic and athletic responsibilities before making the additional commitment to serve on SAAC. Meetings are held twice a month on Tuesday nights.
