It should be noted that if a coach or staff member has a reasonable suspicion of drug use, a drug screening might be ordered. The reasonable suspicion must be based on objective facts or reasonable circumstances and must be documented in writing. (See the “Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Drug Testing Procedure”.)
