The College has established periods during which a student may officially add or drop courses. It is the responsibility of each student to know the add/drop periods and to make course adjustments within the designated periods.

Student-athletes who drop below 12 semester credit hours are immediately ineligible to practice or compete in intercollegiate athletics. If adjusting your schedule during the add/drop period, be aware of this NCAA rule. A course should be successfully added to your schedule before dropping a course that would reduce the total academic load below the required 12 semester credits. Any student-athlete seeking an underload (class schedule below 12 semester credit hours), must receive approval from a member of the Athletics Compliance Services office and/or the Asst. A.D. of Academic Support Services.
