Where is the Tribe Ticket Office located?
The main box office is located on the third floor (concourse level) of Kaplan Arena in the southeast entrance of the building.
When is the ticket office open?
Regular business hours for the Tribe Ticket Office are Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM. On football game days, the ticket office is located at Gate 1 on the west side of Zable Stadium and will open 3 hours prior to kickoff. On basketball game days, ticket windows on the southeast and northeast corners of Kaplan Arena will open 1 hour prior to tip-off. Gates open for Men's and Women's soccer one hour prior to game time. Gates open for baseball 90 minutes prior to game time.
How do I purchase tickets?
Season and single-game tickets for all ticketed sports can be purchased by calling 757-221-3340 during regular business hours or online 24 hours a day by visiting TribeAthletics.com. Tickets for football can be purchased 3 hours prior to kickoff on game days. Tickets for men's and women's basketball and men's and women's soccer can be purchased 1 hour prior to game time at the venue. Tickets for baseball can be purchased 90 minutes prior to game time at the venue.
What types of payment are accepted?
The Tribe ticket office accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Who needs a ticket to W&M athletic events?
All persons 2 years of age or older require a ticket for admission.
Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?
No. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
How do I get my tickets? Where is Will Call?
Tickets purchased at least 10 days prior to game day can be mailed to you for a convenience fee of $5. Tickets can also be picked up at the main box office during normal business hours at Kaplan Arena. Gameday will call for football is the Gate 1 ticket booth, located on the west side of the stadium. Gameday Will Call for football will open 3 hours prior to kickoff. Gameday Will Call for men's and women's basketball is located at the northeast entrance of William & Mary Hall.
Where are wheelchair and limited mobility seating?
Wheelchair seating for football games is located in the South End Zone (scoreboard side) of Zable Stadium. Wheelchair seating for men's and women's basketball is located above box section 7 of Kaplan arena. Please contact the ticket office by phone prior to game day to make arrangements for wheelchair or limited mobility seating needs.
Where can I park?
Detailed information for season parking for football and men's basketball can be found at HERE. General public parking for football game days is available at the Kaplan Arena parking lot with access from Dillard Street, Brooks Street, or Compton Street. Single game parking in this lot is $10 and is not available for presale. Parking for men's and women's basketball is available in the Kaplan Arena lot with access from Dillard Street, Brooks Street or Compton Street. Are there any William & Mary athletics events that don't require a ticket for admission?
Yes. There is no charge for admission to regular season home events for cross country, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, swimming & diving, tennis, track & field and volleyball. Admission costs for Colonial Athletic Association or NCAA Tournaments will be provided when necessary.
