Qualified for NCAA Championships Finals on rings and placed 40th with a 12.533 … Advanced to the finals after posting a season-high 13.533 in the event … Earned All-ECAC honors on pommel horse, rings and parallel bars after placing among the top six in conference during the regular season based on NQA … Garnered All-ECAC honors at the championship meet after placing second on parallel bars (13.5, career high), tying for fourth on pommel horse (13.0) and tying for sixth on rings (13.1) … Earned team’s Excellence Award on pommel horse … Honored as the ECAC Specialist of the Week after the season-opening win against Stanford in which he won titles on pommel horse (13.35, career high) and rings (12.9) … Also won the rings title in the virtual meet against Cal (13.2) … Earned first-team All-America Scholar-Athlete distinction by the College Gymnastics Association …

High School / Club
With his immense strength, Christian was the state ring champion for six consecutive years, the pommel horse champion twice in a row, and all-around champion.  At the national level, Christian finished as high as 5^th in the all-around, and placed 10^th on pommel horse in the Junior Elite Division at the 2018 Junior Olympic National Championships.  Academically, Christian graduated from the Advanced Placement Power Scholars Program and was selected at William & Mary for the Wren Scholars Program, providing special research and study opportunities for STEM-oriented students.  Christian also dove and played tennis for his high school and plans to major in Biology with a minor in Spanish.
