2022
Made ten appearances, all coming out of the bullpen… Picked up a win and a save, one of just five players on the team to have a win and a save on the season… Struck out nearly three men per walk allowed… Punched out 16 batters over 17.1 innings of work… Struck out 11 in 11.1 innings of work in CAA games… Threw a scoreless frame with a pair of strikeouts against nationally-ranked Virginia (Mar. 1)... Struck out the only man he faced against Georgetown (Mar. 8)... Punched out three in 3.0 scoreless innings at Northeastern (Apr. 2)... Struck out a season-high six in a 12-out save against Towson (Apr. 8)... Earned the win throwing 2.1 innings of scoreless ball at George Washington (Apr. 12).

2021
Saw action in 10 games and made two starts for the Tribe in 2021… Struck out 16 men in 18.1 innings pitched… Tossed 2.0 scoreless innings striking out a pair and allowing zero hits against Richmond on April 4… Did not allow an earned run in an April 13 appearance against VCU… Earned the win surrendering just one earned run over 3.0 innings and striking out four men to sweep Elon on April 18… Finished the season throwing 5.0 innings of three-hit ball allowing zero runs and striking out four at James Madison on May 15.

2020
Made six appearances including three starts in the abbreviated season… Made his first start of the season at top-20 Duke (2/18) and struck out four batters over four innings of work… Threw 2.2 innings against top-25 Virginia (2/25)... Reached the 100.0 career innings mark against West Virginia (2/29)... Struck out five Mountaineers over 3.2 innings allowing just three hits and one run… Earned his first win of the season with a strong start against George Mason (3/4) striking out five batters in 5.0 innings… Made the final start of the season at Virginia Tech (3/10). 

2019
Made 12 appearances with nine starts during his sophomore campaign … Logged 44.2 innings with 46 hits, 30 runs (26 earned), with 40 strikeouts, while limiting opposing hitters to a .267 batting average against … Made his season debut with a start in the series finale against Marist (2/17) … Earned his first win of the season as he went five innings allowing two runs on four hits while fanning three at High Point (3/3) … Made it back-to-back wins as he logged five innings scattering two runs on four hits with three strikeouts against Campbell (3/10) … Tossed a career-high 7.2 innings allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits with three strikeouts against Old Dominion … Fanned a career-high nine batters as he scattered a run on four hits in a victory against Maryland (4/3) … Tossed three perfect innings with two strikeouts in a start at Saint Joseph’s (5/14) … Fanned seven over the final three innings allowing just two hits at Hofstra (5/17) … Pitched in two of the four games of the CAA Tournament (5/22-25).

2018
Displayed flashes of great promise in his rookie season after earning 12 appearances with eight starts, the most among freshman hurlers…Logged 48.0 innings of work with 38 strikeouts, 39 hits, and 26 runs (24 earned)…Owned a 4.50 ERA and held opposing batters to a .228 average…In his Green and Gold debut, he dazzled against then-ranked No. 12 Clemson (2/18), allowing just two runs on two hits and fanning four in four innings…Received his first career win vs. High Point (3/4) as he hurled six solid innings with a season-high six K’s and only two runs (both unearned) on two hits…Lasted a season-best seven inning vs. ETSU (3/18) by conceding just one run on five hits and whiffing five batters…Twirled three shutout innings of relief with five strikeouts for his first-ever save against Norfolk State (4/17)….Worked three scoreless innings of one-hit ball at Northeastern (4/22)…Fired in five K’s in just 3.2 inning of relief against Hofstra (4/29).

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-sport athlete during his prep career as a golfer, basketball and baseball player...Named Second Team All-Conference (2014)...Two-time All-State selection (2016-17)....During his senior year, Haney hit .385 and recorded 79 strikeouts in 40 innings of work...Played travel baseball with the Old School Outlaws (2010-14), H3 Sabres (2015-16), and SBA Canes (2015-16)...Elected as school president and also served as the chaplain.

Son of Christopher and Tracy Haney...Father, Chris, played college baseball at UNC Charlotte and spent 13 years competing at the Major League level...Grandfather, Larry Haney, worked in MLB for 44 years - 14 years each as both a player and coach and 16 years as a scout...Great Uncle, GL Haney, played eight years for the New York Yankees...Majoring in Public Policy.
