Sophomore Year (2017)
Started 19 of his 21 appearances … Totaled five goals and two assists for 12 points … Ranked sixth in the CAA in points (12) and seventh in goals (5) … His two game-winning goals ranked tied for fourth in the league … Scored the Tribe’s second goal on a header in the 64th minute of a 3-2 overtime win over NCAA Tournament participant N.C. State (8/28) … Tallied W&M’s lone goal, the equalizer, on a header in the 84th minute of a 1-1 draw with Delaware (10/1) … Scored the game-winner in the 25th minute of the CAA Semifinals at James Madison (11/10), following up a shot off the post … Tallied an assist at College Cup Semifinalist North Carolina (9/13) … Scored a goal in the 58th minute at James Madison (9/27) to give W&M a 3-2 lead after it trailed 2-0 … Notched the eventual game-winner in the 25th minute at Northeastern (10/7) … Assisted on W&M’s lone goal in the NCAA First Round vs. Columbia (11/16).
Freshman Year (2016)
Tabbed to the CAA All-Rookie Team … Earned CAA Rookie of the Week honors for the weeks of Sept. 5 and Sept. 12 … Appeared in all 21 games with six starts … Finished his rookie campaign with five goals, two assists, and 12 points … Scored his first career goal, the game-winner, in a win over nationally ranked Coastal Carolina (8/29) … Scored the game winner in back-to-back games with a tally at Liberty … Recorded a career-high six points on two goals and two assists in the win at Campbell (9/10) … Earned his first career starts in three straight matches versus Georgetown (9/14), at Delaware (9/17), and versus North Carolina (9/20) … Also started three games in a row from Oct. 12-18 … Scored a goal in the win over in-state rival VCU (10/26) … Played in all three of the CAA Tournament matches, firing three shots.
Prep
Played four years of varsity soccer at nearby Lafayette High School in Williamsburg … As a freshman was named First-Team All-District, while garnering Second Team All-Region ... Tabbed as an a First-Team All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State teams each of the last two seasons … Earned Virginia Gazette and Daily Press Player of the Year honors as a sophomore … Enters his senior season as a back-to-back reigning Conference Player of the Year … Has already scored 65 goals, and added 71 assists for 201 points in his high school career … Played his club soccer with the Virginia Legacy, where he is a captain … Helped the Legacy to the Virginia State Cup and a Region I Semifinal appearance … Been a member of the Virginia State ODP '97 for two seasons, while he also played in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) for Legacy 76 in 2014 … In the classroom he is a member of the National Science Honor Society, National Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta, and National Spanish Honors Society.

Son of David and Jill Trott … His brother, Emery, played college soccer at Haverford College in Pennsylvania … His mother, Jill, also attended the College and is a member of the class of 1988.
