2013-14 - PROVOST'S AWARD WINNER
Cross Country: Earned her first all-conference award by taking 10th at the CAA Championships ... Also ran on the championship squad at the Southeast Regional and the NCAA Championships ... Was the Tribe's seventh runner in all three races ... Sixth on the team at Pre-Nationals and at Panorama Farms ... Finished 15th overall and eighth for W&M at Richmond.
Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Championships in both the 3,000m and the 5,000m ... Finished 16th in the 5,000m with a lifetime-best 17:11.98 ... Also earned a lifetime-best in the 3,000m, timing 9:53.30 for 30th.
Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships ... Timed 36:55.19 in her first career 10,000m ... Opened the spring with a third-place 4:41.92 in the 1,500m at the Tribe Invitational ... Part of the winning 4x1500m relay team at the Colonial Relays ... Also ran the 5,000m three times during the year.

2012-13 - PROVOST'S AWARD WINNER
Cross Country: Was the fourth Tribe finisher and ninth overall in the win at the Tribe Open ... Also ran in-uniform at the Paul Short Open race, taking 22nd ... Unattached at both Richmond and the W&M Invitational.
Indoor: Ran three times at 3,000m ... Best was at the Armory, where she timed 10:05.28.
Outdoor: Scored in two events at the CAA Championships ... Finished eighth in the 5,000m run, and sixth in the steeplechase in her first attempt at the event ... Ran a season-best 17:25.99 for 5,000m at the Colonial Relays.

Prep: Earned prep All-American honors indoors in the 4xMile in 2011 ... Part of Green Hope’s state championship 4x800m relay indoors in 2012 ... Totaled nine all-state honors in her career ... Eight came in the last two years, including four in the 4x800m relay, two in the 1600m, one indoors in the 3200m, and two in cross country ... Placed fourth in the North Carolina 4A cross country meet as a junior ... Seventh as a senior ... Helped lead Green Hope to three consecutive state and regional cross country team titles ... Won four-straight conference championships ... President of the local FBLA chapter ... Member of the National Honors Society.
