Cross Country: Ran for W&M at the CAA Championships ... 13th at
the Tribe Open ... Also ran at the Spider Alumni Open, Cavalier Open,
and Colonial Inter-Regional Challenge.
Indoor: Ran 11:14.74 for 3,000m at CNU in February ... Also ran the 5,000m at Liberty.
Outdoor: Ninth in the 10,000m at the Colonial Relays, finishing in
38:55.05 ... Also competed in the event at the CAA Championships.
2008-09
Cross Country: Finished 14th at the Cavalier Open ... Also ran at the Lou Onesty Invitational and Colonial Inter-Regional.
Indoor: Ran once, completing the 5,000m at CNU in January.
Outdoor: Fourth in the 3,000m at the Tribe Open ... Ran the 5,000m three times, including at the Colonial Relays.

Was named all-district all four years in cross country ... MVP of
the track team in 2006 and 2008 ... Broke the school’s mile record in
2008 ... Was named all-district in soccer in 2007 and 2008 ... Member of
the National Honor Society.

Daughter of Stephen and Patty Dietz ... Sister, Jenn, ran cross
country and track for four years at Virginia Tech ... Enjoys water
