Cross Country: Only ran twice ... Recorded an individual second-place finish to lead the Tribe to victory at the CNU Invite ... At the CAA Championships, ran seventh for W&M and 12th overall, claiming the final All-CAA spot.
Indoor: Anchored the Tribe's DMR in the finals of the IC4A Championships ... Won his only two races of the year ... Timed 8:42.17 to take the 3,000m at CNU in January ... Ran 8:33.67 in the same event at the Mason Last Chance meet.
Outdoor: Chopped 30 seconds off his lifetime-best in the steeplechase over the course of two weeks and three meets ... Began at the CAA Championships, where he took second in 9:23.86 for All-CAA honors ... Was 15 seconds better than he ran as a freshman ... Went 9:21.07 the following week at the UVA Challenge ... Finally, ran 9:08.23 at the Wolfpack Last Chance meet in Raleigh ... Season-best of 14:36.38 in the 5,000m came at Princeton ... Also ran the 5,000m at the CAA Champonships, placing ninth.

Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: Only appearance came at the CAA Championships ... Just missed all-conference honors in the 3,000m steeplechase, finishing fourth in his first try at the event ... Took seventh in the 5,000m run, just one spot off of scoring.

Prep
Runner-up at the North Carolina state cross country championships as a senior ... Went on that fall to take 18th at the Foot Locker South Championships ... Earned a pair of all-state honors on the track ... Third in the state at 3200m as a senior, improving on his fourth-place showing in the same event the year before ... Won two conference titles at 3200m and another at 1600m ... Played both the trumpet and the tuba in both the Marching and Symphonic Bands ... AP Scholar with Honors ... Earned all-academic honors in both cross country and track every year of high school.
