Cross Country: Ran just once before being sidelined with injury ... Only race was at the Paul Short Invitational.
Indoor: Ran three times ... Timed 10:16.25 for 3,000m at CNU in early December ... Third in the 5,000m at the Virginia Tech Challenge, running an indoor-best 17:48.69.
Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury.

2010-11 - PROVOST AWARD WINNER
Cross Country: One of the most consistent members of the Tribe varsity squad ... Finished 18th at the CAA Championships ... Also ran at the Southeast Regional and the ECAC Championships ... Opened her season taking ninth in the open race at the Paul Short Invitational ... Also ran for the varsity squad at Pre-Nationals.
Indoor: Ran the 3,000m three times and the 5,000m once ... Best time of 10:17.50 for 3,000m came at the Patriot Games ... Three weeks later, ran 17:49.55 for 5,000m at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: All-CAA and All-East for the second time at 10,000m ... Improved her best time at the distance in all three races ... Ran 36:37.27 at the Raleigh Relays to open the year ... Runner-up at the CAA Championships in 35:59.90 ... Shaved another two seconds off the following week at the ECAC Championships, taking third in 35:57.90 ... Ran the 5,000m at the Penn Relays, crossing in a lifetime-best 17:24.49.

2009-10
Cross Country: Ran for the Tribe at the CAA Championships, finishing 34th overall ... Ran in the open race at the Pre-National Invitational ... Also competed at the Cavalier Open and the Colonial Inter-Regional Challenge.
Indoor: Finished in 10:35.14 in the 3,000m at CNU in February ... Opened the winter at CNU in December, running 17:56.20 for 5,000m.
Outdoor: All-East after taking sixth in the ECAC 10,000m Championships ... Ran a career-best 36:39.35 in the process ... Seventh at the CAA Championships at that distance ... Runner-up at the Colonial Relays.

2008-09
Cross Country: Third at the Tribe Open ... 11th at the Cavalier Open ... Also ran at the Colonial Inter-Regional.
Indoor: Ran the 5,000m twice, with a best time of 18:26.89 at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Named All-CAA after taking third in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships ... Timed a personal-best 36:45.06 in the race ... Qualified for the ECAC Championships, where she finished 11th ... Ran 18:19.20 for 5,000m at George Mason in May ... Finished 11th in the 3,000m at Richmond in March, timing 10:49.32.

At Riverbend: Captained the cross country, indoor, and outdoor track teams each of her last three years ... All-State in the 4x800m relay in 2006 ... Three-time state qualifier in cross country ... Five-time qualifier in track ... As a junior, won the regional 3,200m both indoors and outdoors ... Also won the 3,200m at the district outdoor championships ... Led Riverbend cross country to the district title from 2004-06, and the regional title in 2006 ... Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Janice and Eric Lasker ... Enjoys playing board games, baking, and spending time with family.
