Outdoor: CAA silver-medalist for the second year in a row ... Threw his season-best at the Penn Relays, placing sixth at 65.75m (215-8) ... Won the javelin at UVA in early April at 65.46m (214-9) ... Named CAA Athlete of the Week following that performance ... Runner-up at the Colonial Relays.

2014-15
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Earned second-team All-America honors ... Placed 15th at the NCAA Championships in the javelin ... Named the CAA Track and Field Athlete of the Year ... Finished eighth in the NCAA Semifinals to advance to the finals ... Runner-up at the CAA Championships ... Set his lifetime-best at 71.67m (235-2) by winning the Penn Relays ... Named the CAA Athlete of the Week following that performance.

2013-14
Indoor: Claimed his first school-record with a 7.14 showing in the 60m dash at the CNU Holiday Open ... Also ran 7.16 twice and 7.17 once later in the year ... Timed 22.72 in the 200m dash at the Armory in February ... Best long jump performance was 6.44m (21-1.5) at CNU in January.
Outdoor: Missed most of the season due to injury ... Hurt himself in his first event at the Colonial Relays and sat out the rest of the year ... Won the javelin and the 200m at the Tribe Invitational ... Threw the spear 64.38m (211-03) and sprinted 22.78 seconds.

2012-13
Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A 200m dash after breaking the freshman record with a 22.21 at Virginia Tech ... Finished 39th in the prelims ... Also ran 50.88 in the 400m dash at VT, his best of the season.
Outdoor: Won the USAT&F Junior National title in the javelin on his very last throw ... Uncorked a 69.08m (226-8) toss to win the title ... Just a few inches off of the Tribe freshman record in the event ... Earned the right to represent Team USA at the Pan-Am Junior Games in Colombia, where he finished 10th ... Named the CAA Rookie of the Year after that national-title performance, and after winning the CAA javelin title ... At the NCAA East Semifinals, finished 15th overall at a then-best 67.77m (222-4), just a few inches shy of advancing to the national finals ... IC4A qualifier in both the javelin and the 200m dash (did not compete in either) ... Named CAA Track Athlete of the Week on April 16 after timing 21.68 in the 200m dash and 62.80m (206-0) in the javelin at GMU, both season-bests at the time ... Ran a season-best 11.09 in the 100m dash at the Colonial Relays to take 12th.

All-state in both the 200m and the javelin as a senior in Pennsylvania ... Took third in the 200m ... Placed fifth in the javelin each of the last two years ... Won the MidPenn conference javelin title as a junior ... Won the 200m in 2012, and was second in the javelin and fourth at 400m as well ... Scholar-Athlete award winner in 2012 ...
