DANBURY, Conn. – Following a tremendous performance at the Navy Open, William & Mary men's gymnastics standout
Luke Tully was
honored as the ECAC Gymnast of the Week.
Tully highlighted W&M's individual performances with a trio of top-three finishes, as he tied for first on floor (13.55), tied for second on vault (13.9) and placed third on high bar (13.15). He was also the meet's lone all-arounder and totaled a 76.15.
It marked the second consecutive week that the Lebanon, Tenn., native claimed an event title as he posted the top score on high bar (13.15) at the season-opening West Point Open.
Tully currently ranks second in the ECAC on high bar (13.133) and all-around (75.625) – figures that both rank among the top 20 nationally.
W&M will return to action when it competes in a dual meet at Springfield on Sunday at 1 p.m.
