RICHMOND, Va. – The CAA announced the 2025-26 men's basketball conference schedule on Tuesday.
Dates are subject to change when the CBS Sports Network broadcast schedule is announced.
The league campaign opens with a six-game slate on Monday, Dec. 29, before settling into a Thursday and Saturday schedule for the majority of conference play. Each team will have two open dates during the league schedule with an odd number of teams (13) in the conference. W&M's open dates are on Jan. 17 and Feb. 21.
CAA match-ups will be available on FloCollege, CBS Sports Network and local television partners throughout the league's footprint. In addition, the semifinals and final of the 2026 Jersey Mike's CAA Men's Basketball Championship at the CareFirst Arena in Washington, D.C., will be televised on CBS Sports Network.
The Tribe's league slate kicks off with three games during the opening week. The Green and Gold plays its first two league contests inside Kaplan Arena, starting with defending CAA regular season champion Towson on Monday, Dec. 29. The Tribe also hosts Stony Brook on New Year's Eve, Dec. 31.
W&M's first road game of the league slate will be at Charleston on Saturday, Jan. 3, and starts a three-game road swing. The Tribe heads to Monmouth on Thursday, Jan. 8, and Drexel on Saturday, Jan. 10.
The Tribe will have a three-game homestand over two weeks beginning with a Thursday, Jan. 15, date with North Carolina A&T. The following week, W&M hosts two games against UNCW on Thursday, Jan. 22, and vs. Hofstra on Saturday, Jan. 24.
The Green and Gold travels to Elon on Thursday, Jan. 29, before closing out the month of January by hosting Campbell on Saturday, Jan. 31.
W&M kicks off the month of February with three-straight road games. The Tribe heads to UNCW on Thursday, Feb. 5, before returning to the state of Virginia to make the short trip down I-64 to face Hampton on Saturday, Feb. 12. W&M wraps up the stretch at Northeastern on Thursday, Feb. 12.
The Tribe's first home game of February is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 14, against Elon. The Green and Gold will also host Northeastern on Thursday, Feb. 26. The final two road games of the CAA regular season come at Campbell on Thursday, Feb. 19, and at North Carolina A&T on Saturday, Feb. 28.
W&M wraps up the CAA regular season with its home finale against in-state rival Hampton on Tuesday, March 3.
In its first season under head coach
Brian Earl, the Tribe enjoyed one of the top turnarounds in the country, finishing with a 17-15 record. The 17 wins rank 12th in program history, while the program produced 11 CAA wins for just the fifth time. W&M debuted a new style of play featuring a fast-paced tempo. The Green and Gold ranked among the national leaders in tempo, 3-point shooting, scoring, and assists.
W&M returns seven players from last season, including five seniors in
Chase Lowe,
Kyle Frazier,
Kyle Pulliam,
Miles Hicks, and
Finn Lally. The Tribe added eight players over the off-season, including transfers
