WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — The William & Mary volleyball team will conclude their regular season road slate as they travel to Elon for a pair of conference matches this weekend. First serve on Saturday is scheduled for 2 p.m., followed by a Sunday matinee also slated for 2 p.m.
Both contests will be streamed on FloSports.
POSTSEASON PROSPECTUS
The Tribe currently sits in a tie for ninth place in the CAA standings. The top six teams in the league will qualify for the CAA Tournament in Towson, Md. Stony Brook (7-7) is currently leading the race for the sixth and final spot. W&M will need to win at least three of their four remaining matches and get additional help from other squads to qualify for the postseason.
NEWS AND NOTES
- The Tribe ranks third in the CAA and top-100 in Division I in total blocks (199.0).
Sabrina Malcolm and
Olivia Esposito have both amassed over 80 blocks this season and rank top-10 in the league in blocks per set.

Lindsay Kahren saw her streak of 12 straight games with double-digit digs come to an end on Saturday vs. Hofstra. She still has 15 games with 10 or more digs on the season and is eighth in the CAA in total digs (323).
SERIES HISTORY
Elon holds a narrow 12-11 edge in the all-time series that has been played since 2005. However, W&M has won three straight and six of the last eight, including a sweep last year at Kaplan Arena.
