WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The No. 4/5 William & Mary football team will look to extend its season-opening winning streak to five games when it plays at Elon on Saturday at 2 p.m.
The contest will be featured as the
FloFootball Game of the Week and streamed for
FREE on social media. Fans can catch the action LIVE on FloFootball's

Twitter, and
YouTube. The game will also be televised by My48 in the Piedmont-Triad market in North Carolina (Spectrum channel 15).
All W&M conference and home games will be streamed on

Unbeaten at 4-0 overall and 2-0 in the CAA, No. 4/5 W&M will look to equal a school record with its 12th consecutive regular season victory this Saturday. The Tribe also enters the contest having won a school-record nine straight CAA games and eight consecutive regular-season road games. W&M currently leads the country in total defense (175.2), scoring defense (10.0) and third down defense (.163), while it ranks second nationally in passing defense (105.2) and seventh in rushing defense (70.0). Offensively, the Tribe ranks ninth in the country in rushing (246.0).
Elon enters the weekend with a 2-2 record overall and a 2-0 mark in CAA play after earning back-to-back wins versus league foes, North Carolina A&T (27-3) and Campbell (28-24). Running back Jalen Hampton leads the Phoenix offensively and was honored as the CAA Offensive Player of the Week on Monday after rushing for 169 yards and four touchdowns in Elon's win against Campbell.
Saturday's game will mark the ninth meeting between W&M and Elon, as the Tribe owns a 5-3 advantage in the all-time series. W&M's has won three of the last four matchups matchups, including its last trip to Elon in 2021 - a 34-31 Tribe victory.
