WILLIAMSBURG, VA.- William & Mary volleyball will begin CAA play this weekend welcoming in UNCW for matches on Saturday and Sunday afternoon at Kaplan Arena. The Tribe is riding a five-match winning streak, the longest since the 2012 season.
William & Mary is coming off an impressive 2-0 weekend which featured a sweep of Maryland Eastern Shore and a comeback win over George Mason. Freshman
Ryann Love was named the CAA Rookie of the Week following her 18 kill, 10 block weekend in which she hit over .700 in both matches.

Anna Porter was tremendous last weekend with 44 digs over eight sets. The libero had a career-high 32 digs in the win over George Mason, the most by a Tribe player in a single match since 2006. Porter is now fifth in the current scoring format with 849 career digs.
Over the winning weekend,
Kaitlyn Ferguson reached a pair of milestones. The Tribe opposite side hitter reached the 200 career kill mark and the 100 career block milestone during Saturday's win.
In the storied rivalry between William & Mary and UNCW the Tribe holds a narrow 20-17 lead. William & Mary has had much success in Kaplan Arena against the Seahawks with a 14-8 record at home.
Last season the teams split a pair of matches in Wilmington with the Tribe taking a 3-2 decision one day after a 3-1 defeat. UNCW is coming off a 1-2 weekend at the UCF Invitational in Orlando with a win over UIC.
