DANBURY, Conn. – After an outstanding performance in William & Mary's victory against Springfield on Friday, junior standout Aidan Cuy was selected as the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Gymnast of the Week.
 
En route to helping W&M earn the victory with its best score of the season, Cuy won individual event titles on vault, parallel bars and all-around.
 
His all-around score (78.05) marked a career high and ranks eighth in the Tribe's record book.
 
Cuy's winning scores on vault (14.1) and parallel bars (13.65) also represented career bests, while he also earned a career-high on floor (13.05) en route to placing third in the event.  
 
W&M will return to action for a pair of road tri-meets this weekend, as it will compete at Army (with Michigan) on Saturday and at Springfield (with Oklahoma) on Sunday.
