WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – William & Mary women's soccer freshman
Ivey Crain was recognized as one of the top freshmen in the country by Top Drawer Soccer. In the website's midseason top-100 freshmen, the Tribe rookie came in at No. 51 on the list.
Crain was among four CAA rookies to make the top 100 list. She leads the Tribe with eight goals and 21 points on the year. Among freshmen, Crain ranks second nationally in points and fourth in goals. In CAA play, she leads the league with 13 points, while coming in second with five goals.
The Tribe closes out the regular season against Hampton on Sunday night. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. from Wanner Stadium, located at the Williamsburg Sports Complex in Williamsburg, Va. A victory on Sunday would secure one of the eight spots in the CAA Tournament for the Green and Gold.
