GREENSBORO, N.C. – The William & Mary women's golf team shot a 615 (+39) in the first two rounds of the Starmount Fall Classic on Monday. The Tribe carded a 308 (+20) in the first round, before improving to a 307 (+19) in the second round.
 
Senior Allison Olberding leads the Tribe with a 149 (+5) after the first 36-holes. Following a round of 80 (+8) in the first round, she rebounded and shot a 69 (-3) in the second round, which was the lowest round for a Tribe player this season.
 
Sophomore Sarah Houle was the Tribe's bright spot in the first round. She shot a 73 (+1) and was tied for second place after the first round.
 
Notes
Senior Allison Olberding tied a career-best round with her 69 (-3) in the second round … Olberding is tied for second with seven birdies in the event … It was her first-round under par this season ... Freshman Cindy Zhou eagled the par-5, 470-yard No. 18 in the second round.
