Quotable
"We had a fantastic first half. However, South Carolina made some adjustments in the second half, and we had an unfortunate few minutes where their attack capitalized on some lapses. Overall, our athletes rose to the challenge and we competed for 90 minutes. The backline was stalwart, Charlotte and Renee had standout games getting into the attack, and Erin did a ton of dirty work breaking up plays for us." – Head Coach Julie Shackford

What's Ahead
The Tribe continues its three-match road trip next weekend as it travels to both Liberty and Northwestern on Labor Day Weekend. The Tribe plays the Flames on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 6 p.m., before traveling to Chicago to play the Wildcats on Sunday, Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. EST.
