WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Five players scored in double-figures as the William & Mary women's basketball team closed out the regular season with a convincing 83-72 victory over Hofstra at Kaplan Arena on Saturday afternoon.
Up 63-60, W&M used an 8-0 run to build a double-digit cushion and seal the victory late in the fourth quarter. Freshman

Victoria Reynolds made a lay-up to make it 71-60 with 3:45 remaining in regulation. Hofstra closed within seven points, but W&M hit 10-of-10 from the line to close out the win.

Boogie Brozoski was the only Pride player in double-figures with a game-high 30 points. She added five rebounds, four assists, and a steal. Ana Hernandez Gil finished with nine points on three, 3-pointers, while three Pride players – Marianne Kalin JaKayla Brown, and Sandra Karsten - each finished with seven points.

- W&M continued its hot shooting of late and shot better than 50-percent for the fourth time in six games. The Tribe finished shooting at 54.2-percent (26-for-48) clip from the field and 10-of-21 (47.6-percent) from 3-point range.
- The Tribe went 10-of-10 down the stretch from the stripe and finished the game 21-of-22 for 95.5-percent from the line.
- W&M had 19 assists against just 16 miscues in the game.
- The Green and Gold never trailed and led for 38:18 of gameplay in the victory.
