Bianca Boggs and
Misha Jones pushed the Tribe to a thrilling 77-72 triple-overtime victory at Drexel on Friday night in Philadelphia, Pa. Boggs scored a season-high 32 points, while Jones added a career-high 12 to halt the Dragons 12-game winning streak in three extra sessions.
After conceding the first basket of the third overtime, W&M used a 6-0 run to push its lead to four. Sophomore
Nyla Pollard split a pair of free throws before Boggs diced through the lane for two to regain the Tribe's lead. Redshirt sophomore
Harper Birdsong then hit a free throw line jumper, and Boggs added a free throw to make it 74-70 with 2:27 remaining in the third overtime. The Dragons were able to cut it to 74-72, but freshman
Emma Krause and Jones connected on 3-of-4 from the stripe down the stretch to win it 77-72.
The Green and Gold trailed by as many as three in the second overtime but battled back to send the game into a third extra period. Boggs hit 3-of-4 from the free throw line in the stanza, and keep the score tied at 68-68.
Drexel made the comeback in the first overtime as it evened the score down four points in the final 42 seconds of the period. A Keishana Washington jumper and two Niki Metzel free throws forced the game into double overtime tied at 63-63.
Down by six, Drexel used an 8-4 run to tie the score at 57-57 at the end of regulation, Metzel scored the first four points, before Bailey Greenberg tied the score at 55-55. Both teams traded points and got the stops over the final 1:48 of regulation.

Bailey Greenberg had a team-high 24 points and grabbed eight rebounds, four assists, and eight steals. Niki Metzel added 21 points, eight rebounds, and three dimes for the Dragons, while Aubree Brown added 13 points five rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

- W&M shot a season-high 53.8-percent (28-of-52) from the field, including 31.6-percent (6-of-19) from 3-point range.
- On the defensive end, W&M limited Drexel to 28-of-83 from the field (33.7-percent). W&M limited the Dragons to just 2-of-28 from 3-point range, which is 7.1-percent.
