FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The William & Mary women's basketball team scored seven unanswered points in the final 68 seconds to grind out a 60-54 victory at Fairfield on Sunday afternoon. The Tribe (4-3) had three players reach double-figures for its second road win of the season against the Stags (2-5).

Gabby Rogers down low for a 30-25 margin. However, the Stags cut it to a three-point game, 30-27, following a Casey Foley layup just before the halftime buzzer.
The Tribe led by as many as eight points in the second half, before Fairfield overcame the deficit in the fourth quarter. Fairfield used a 7-0 spurt to take a 51-49 edge with 5:33 left in the contest. Regardless, W&M went on a critical run in the waning moments to edge the Stags.

Individual Highlights
Boggs led all players with 22 points, adding five rebounds and three steals. Reynolds also scored in double-digits with 12 points, while Birdsong chipped in 11 more off the bench. Rogers finished the afternoon with eight points, five rebounds and a steal.
Khadidiatou Diouf paced the Stags with 17 points and seven rebounds. Casey Foley and Katie Armstrong notched 11 points each. Foley also grabbed seven rebounds.
