The Blue Hens built another three-point advantage, before senior Katie Kemp dumped a kill to even it back at 20-all. Regardless, UD scored the next five points for a 2-0 lead on the match.

In the third set, UD held control of the period from start to finish. The Tribe found itself in an early deficit as the Blue Hens jumped out to a 9-3 advantage following an ace.
