WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The William & Mary field hockey team scored off a penalty corner with just two minutes remaining to dispatch of reigning Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Champion Monmouth, 2-1, on Friday night at a wet Busch Field. Sophomore

W&M struck first just three minute out of halftime as senior
Emma MacLeod tallied her first goal of the season. Senior
Cammie Lloyd redirected a pass from outside to the area to MacLeod who pushed the ball across into the left side of the cage from in close to give the home team a 1-0 cushion.
