WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (Sept. 19, 2016) — Having earned victories in each of its last two games, the William & Mary football team continued its rise in both major Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) national polls this week.
 
W&M (2-1) jumped to No. 8 in both the Coaches Poll and the STATS Poll. Both polls are available at http://www.ncaa.com/rankings/football/fcs
 
The Tribe will look to extend its home winning streak to eight games when it hosts Elon at Zable Stadium for its league opener on Saturday at 7 p.m.
