WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (April 11, 2014) — The William and Mary football team will sponsor a car wash to benefit Williamsburg James City County (WJCC) Head Start at three local businesses on Sunday, April 27, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Local businesses hosting the event include Astronomical Pancake House (5437 Richmond Road), American Pride Automotive (5406 Airport Road) and Shorty's Diner (in James/York Plaza).

Prepaid tickets are available for purchase for $5 from any William and Mary football player, or supporters can pay for the car washes at any of the locations during the event. Tickets will also be sold at the Tribe Football Spring Game on April 12.

In addition to purchasing tickets, supporters may also contribute donations.

All proceeds from the event go directly to WJCC Head Start. Anyone wishing to pay by check can make it out directly to WJCC Head Start.
