The William and Mary volleyball team got progressively stronger over the course of the match Saturday night, but was unable to overcome a powerful College of Charleston side, falling 3-0. The Tribe is now 6-13 overall and 1-2 in the Colonial Athletic Association, while the Cougars improved to 14-4 and 4-0 in league play.

Liz Brown (Ellicott City, Md.) helped out with five more kills and a block. Senior
Celine Alasomuka (Centreville, Va.) and redshirt-junior
Paulette Grand Pre (Laguna Beach, Calif.) had nine digs each, and freshman
Paige Lucas (Asheboro, N.C.) had 15 assists.
William and Mary continues its five-match homestand next weekend, hosting Delaware and Towson on Friday and Saturday, respectively. Both matches in Kaplan Arena will start at 7 p.m.
