Thank you for your interest in The College of William and Mary and our tennis program. Please click on the link below to access our recruit questionnaire.

When you begin to fill out the form, you will receive a message that explains that there is an email submit button. Once you close that window, you can begin filling out the form. Once you have completed the questionnaire click the "submit by email button". It may prompt you to save in .xml format. Please click "ok". Your questionnaire will now be an attachment. Please put your name and graduation year in the subject line. Any other information you would like to provide, you can put in the text of the email.
